These Terms of Service define the conditions for using Timekeeper (the "App").

[ARTICLE 1] APPLICATION

These Terms apply to all users of the App.

[ARTICLE 2] LICENSE

> Use of the App requires a ¥10,000 license purchase
> Licenses are issued per device (UUID) and cannot be transferred, reused, or refunded

[ARTICLE 3] RESTRICTION FEATURES

The App provides features to restrict usage time of specified applications.

[ARTICLE 4] DAY PASS FEATURE

> Purchasing a Day Pass unlocks all app restrictions for that day only
> Day Pass price doubles with each purchase ($2 → $4 → $8 → ...)

[ARTICLE 5] PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Users must not engage in the following actions:

> Decompiling, modifying, or reverse engineering the App
> Redistributing or reselling to others
> Attempting to bypass security restrictions

[ARTICLE 6] DISCLAIMER

> Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App
> Use of the App is at the user's own risk

> The App may not function properly due to device manufacturer, OS version, battery control mechanisms, or interactions with other apps
> Due to the nature of the App, restriction settings may be unexpectedly reset

[ARTICLE 7] CHANGES & SUSPENSION

App specifications, pricing, and service offerings may be changed or suspended without prior notice.

[ARTICLE 8] GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

[ARTICLE 10] INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App and the Site belong to us or rightful owners. Users must not infringe these rights.

[ARTICLE 11] MINORS

If a minor uses the App, we deem that consent of a legal guardian has been obtained.

[ARTICLE 12] SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

> If a user violates these Terms, we may suspend use or terminate the contract upon notice, or without notice in urgent cases
> We are not liable for damages caused by such suspension/termination except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence

[ARTICLE 13] NO ASSIGNMENT

Users may not assign, transfer, or create a security interest on their contractual status or rights/obligations under these Terms.

[ARTICLE 14] SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the App.

[ARTICLE 15] GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court or Osaka Summary Court, depending on the amount in controversy.
